      为实现对防腐剂双乙酸钠(SDA)的测定,本文论述了食品中双乙酸钠含量的定性鉴别以及运用高效液相色谱进行定量分析相结合的方法,定性鉴别检出限0.002g/kg,定量测定检出限为0.02g/kg,回收率为90%~110%。结果标明该方法重复性好,准确度高,有较高的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      To detect Sodium diacetate(SDA) as preservative in food,the methods to qualitatively and qualitatively analyze the content of Sodium Diacetate in food have been developed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the qualitative detection limit is 0.002 g/kg;the quantitative detection limit of SDA is 0.02 g/kg,and the recoveries were between 90%and 110%.It is suggested that the methods which can be well repeated with high accuracy,have the important practical significance.
