      黄曲霉毒素是I类致癌物, 对人和动物都具有明确的致肝癌作用, 开发适用的分析方法, 特别是开发能够实现高通量和现场检测的快速分析方法, 对保障农产品的食用安全性具有重要意义。本文综述介绍了黄曲霉毒素的发现历史、理化性质、毒性、代谢和限量标准, 通过以不同标记物为主线系统地概述了近年来黄曲霉毒素快速分析方法的发展情况, 总结了以这些标记物建立的快速分析方法的优缺点, 并探讨了黄曲霉毒素快速分析方法存在的问题及未来的发展趋势, 以期为开发更具有适用性的黄曲霉毒素快速检测技术提供文献参考。
英文摘要:
      Aflatoxins (AFT) had been evaluated as group I degree carcinogens because of their remarkable carcinogenicity on liver in humans and animals. Hence, there was an urgent need for the development of rapid analytical methods which could realize high-throughput and on-site test, to ensure the edible security of agro-products. The source, physicochemical properties, metabolism, toxicity, and action levels of AFT were reviewed in this paper. The rapid analytical methods based on different labels for AFT developed in recent years were systematically reviewed and their advantages and disadvantages were detailed summarized as well. In addition, some existing problems and future trends of rapid analytical methods for AFT were discussed. This review would be useful for the future development of more widely applicable rapid methods for AFT detection.
