      目的 通过参加NIFDC-PT-098乳粉中沙门氏菌检验的能力验证, 提高本实验室的检测能力, 增强实验室竞争力。方法 依据GB 4789.4-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 沙门氏菌检验》中的方法, 对2份样品中的沙门氏菌进行分离和血清学鉴定。并以全自动荧光免疫分析系统(MINI VIDAS)进行快速初筛, 利用全自动微生物生化鉴定系统(VITEK2)对分离出的疑似菌进行生化鉴定。结果 编号CODE423检出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌, 其血清分型为O:4,5,12, H:I;1,2。编号CODE484未检出。结论 本次能力验证获得满意结果, 发现以国标法为基准, 优先选用沙门氏菌属显色培养基平板和XLD平板为参照, 同时使用VITEK2和MINI VIDAS作为辅助进行检测, 综合这几种方法可确保实验结果的准确性, 这为以后检验使用辅助方法检测提供了参考依据。同时本次能力验证也促进了实验室保持较高的检验水平。

      Objective To improve the detection capability of laboratory and the strengthen competitive ability of laboratory will by participating in proficiency testing on Salmonella detection in milk powder of NIFDC-PT-098,. Methods Traditional separation and serological identification methods were carried out according to GB 4789.4-2016 National food safety standard-Food microbiological examination: Salmonella, full automatic immunoassay system (MINI VIDAS) was used for rapid screening of 2 samples, the isolated bacteria of 2 samples were identified by automatic microbial biochemical identification system (VITEK2). Results Salmonella typhimurium was detected in CODE 423, the serotype was O:4,5,12,H:I;1,2. Salmonella spp. was not detected in CODE 484. Conclusion Proficiency testing were satisfactory, with the GB method as the standard, the chromogenic media of Salmonella and XLD plate were the first chosen as reference, the VITEK2 and MINI VIDAS could be used simultaneously to aided detection, and the combination of these methods could ensure the accuracy of the detection results. The auxiliary testing method is used to provide reliable basis for future inspection. At the same time, the proficiency testing can ensure the laboratories maintain a high level of inspections.
