      目的 研究海藻酸钠及其寡糖对小鼠脂质代谢和肠道菌群的影响。方法 利用C57BL/6小鼠制作高脂模型并灌喂海藻酸钠及其寡糖, 通过检测体重、血脂等生理生化指标, 观察肝脏及肠道组织病理变化, 分析肠道菌群组成, 判断海藻酸钠及其寡糖对脂质代谢和肠道菌群的影响。结果 海藻酸钠及其寡糖均会影响高脂小鼠的脂质代谢, 抑制脂肪在肝脏中聚集, 保护肠道绒毛形态使其能发挥正常功能; 能够改善小鼠肠道菌群组成, 提高肠道中乳酸杆菌和阿克曼菌等益生菌丰度, 其中海藻酸钠寡糖对小鼠肠道菌群的改善作用更明显。结论 海藻酸钠寡糖或海藻酸钠可有效地改善小鼠的脂质代谢和肠道菌群紊乱。

      Objective To study the effects of sodium alginate and its oligosaccharide on lipid metabolism and intestinal flora in mice. Methods C57BL/6 mice were used to make a high-fat model and fed with sodium alginate and its oligosaccharide. The physiological and biochemical indexes such as body weight and blood lipid were measured, the pathological changes of liver and intestinal tissues were observed, the composition of intestinal flora was analyzed, and the effects of sodium alginate and its oligosaccharide on lipid metabolism and intestinal flora were judged. Results Both sodium alginate and its oligosaccharide could affect the lipid metabolism of high-fat mice, inhibit the accumulation of fat in the liver, protect the morphology of intestinal villi and enable them to function normally; improve the composition of mouse intestinal flora and increase the abundance of probiotics such as Lactobacillus and Ackermann bacteria in the intestine, especially sodium alginate oligosaccharide. Conclusion The sodium alginate oligosaccharide or sodium alginate can effectively improve the lipid metabolism and intestinal flora disorder in mice.
