      目的 依据GB 5009.128-2016 《食品安全国家标准 食品中胆固醇的测定》, 建立适用于精制鱼油胆固醇测定的分析方法。方法 以国标所述为依据, 对样品皂化加热方式及冷却放置时间进行了优化, 对比了不同测定方法的专属性, 最终利用气相色谱法进行测定。结果 该方法专属性好, 胆固醇含量在2.4993~199.9404 μg/mL范围内线性关系好, 线性方程为Y=0.2649X0.2498, r2为1.0000, 定量限达到0.8 ppm, 含量精密度的相对标准偏差为2.7%(n=12), 回收率在101.5%~106.5%之间。结论 该方法快捷、高效、专属性强, 适用于精制鱼油的胆固醇含量测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of cholesterol in refined fish oil according to GB 5009.128-2016 National food safety standard-Determination of cholesterol in food. Methods On the basis of GB 5009.128-2016, the saponification heating method and the cooling time of samples were optimized, and the specificity of different methods was compared. Finally, the determination was carried out by gas chromatography. Results This method had good specificity. The liner relationship was good in the cholesterol content range of 2.4993199.9404 μg/mL. The linear equation was Y=0.2649X0.2498 and r2 was 1.0000. The limit of quantification was 0.8 ppm, the relative standard deviation of content precision was 2.7%(n=12), and the recovery rate was between 101.5%106.5%. Conclusion This method is rapid, efficient and specific, which is suitable for the determination of cholesterol in refined fish oil.
