      目的 采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法(high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection, HPLC-FLD)检测泰安市售塑料包装桶装酒中双酚A(bisphenol A, BPA)的含量并进行居民膳食风险评估。方法 于2017年4月对泰安市泰山区、岱岳区部分超市和商店销售的塑料桶装白酒进行随机抽样。采用HPLC-FLD法对样品中BPA进行检测并结合居民酒精消费量与平均体重进行膳食风险评估。结果 本研究检测的60例塑料桶装白酒样品中均有BPA检出, 其浓度的平均值为8.97 μg/L; BPA的含量与灌装后的时间呈正相关, 相关系数为r=0.6257(P<0.01); 不同年龄组和性别居民桶装白酒BPA暴露量占可耐受每日摄入量(daily tolerable intake, TDI)的百分比为0.513%~0.711%, 远小于100%。结论 泰安市售塑料桶装白酒中普遍含有BPA, 其膳食风险尚在可接受范围内。

      Objective To determine the content of bisphenol A (BPA) in plastic bottled spirits by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD) and make a dietary risk assessment about BPA in Taian city. Methods The survey used a random sample of 60 bottles of Chinese spirits which were collected from supermarkets and stores in Taishan district and Daiyue district of Taian city. The concentrations of BPA were determinate by HPLC-FLD. Combining the concentration of BPA in plastic bottled spirits with the consumption of alcohol and the weights of different age groups and genders, the risk assessment was measured. Results The positive rate of BPA in plastic bottled spirits was 100%. The average concentration of BPA in plastic bottled spirits was 8.97 μg/L. The time of storage was positively correlated with the concentration of BPA (r=0.6257, P<0.01). The exposure of BPA in spirits account for about 0.513%-0.711% in daily tolerable intake (TDI). It was far less than 100%. Conclusion The transfer of BPA in plastic bottled spirits is common while the level of its concentration is not higher than the accepted range.
